U.S. Air Force Veteran & Staff Sergeant
South Texas Deal Maker of the Year (2025)
F-22 Avionics Specialist Alumnus
Nikolas Schlosser is the managing owner of Schlosser & Maranto Solutions. He brings more than a decade of experience in real estate development, infrastructure, renewable energy, and military leadership to federal procurement.
During six years of active duty in the U.S. Air Force, he was an F-22 Avionics Specialist and served as NCOIC of post-flight debrief operations, where he supervised 12 Airmen in a high-tempo aviation environment. That service built the discipline, safety focus, and mission readiness that shape how the company serves federal agencies.
As President of Trinary Development, he negotiated the acquisition of Corona del Sur, a 227-acre mixed-use development, and grew its land value from $3.0 million to $5.8 million in ten months. Before that, he led Terra Tech Solar, which delivered more than 134 MW of solar and storage projects across multiple states. In 2025, Business Club Magazine named him South Texas Deal Maker of the Year.
At Schlosser & Maranto Solutions, Nikolas uses that operational discipline and his vendor relationships to give federal customers access to trusted tier-one suppliers, cost-efficient pricing, and faster fulfillment.
As President of Trinary Development, Nikolas demonstrated the execution capability required for federal contracting. He successfully negotiated the Corona del Sur acquisition, a 227-acre mixed-use real estate development, and increased land value from $3.0 million to $5.8 million within ten months through strategic positioning, stakeholder coordination, and rigorous deal execution.
He previously led Terra Tech Solar, a renewable energy firm that delivered more than 134 MW of solar and storage projects across multiple states.
Recognized in 2025 as South Texas Deal Maker of the Year by Business Club Magazine, Nikolas brings the same strategic vision, operational discipline, and vendor relationship management to Schlosser & Maranto Solutions.
His military service as an Avionics Specialist for the F-22 instilled a commitment to excellence, safety, and mission readiness that directly translates to federal contract execution.
